The surrounding property is fenced with a net or wall approximately 1.10 metres high.

The property is a few kilometres from Cortona. Access includes 400 metres of unpaved, steep and narrow road that is not suitable for low or sports cars. The property has uncovered parking for two cars. Pergo, with a coffee bar, supermarket and post office, is about 3 km away; Camucia/Cortona is 9 km away.

This is a private structure available for lease only. Pets are accepted on request. The fireplace is ornamental. The property has internal stairs across three floors, and the external laundry room is reached by 10 steps.
