Pets are limited to one. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are forbidden without prior written authorization. The property is not certified for reduced-mobility access. The communal tennis court is available on request and is not illuminated.
Getting there
The property is in Grimaldi Inferiore, a hamlet of Ventimiglia. The Balzi Rossi beach is 2.5 km away. Ventimiglia railway station is 8 km away and Menton railway station is 4 km away. Access roads are asphalted and suitable for every type of car. The shared pool is in the lower part of the estate and can be reached on foot or by lift. The tower has multiple steep and spiral staircases, including a 37-step staircase.
