The property is about 1 km from Paciano and 2 km from Panicale. The access road is paved up to the entrance gate. The pool is reached across the lawn and down a flight of stone steps. Chiusi railway station is 13 km away.

This is a private structure available for lease only. Pets require approval and are limited to small and medium-sized animals, with a maximum of two. The property is not fenced. The pool is seasonal and is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday of October.
