The pool is a few metres from the house in a panoramic position. It measures 10 x 4 m, has a constant depth of 1 m, Roman steps, a jacuzzi corner and a paved solarium with sunbeds. It is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. The property is partially fenced.

The property is in the hills outside Florence, in a medieval hamlet. Calenzano is about 10 minutes away by car; Florence is around 25 minutes away by car. Access roads are paved up to the gate. Uncovered parking is near the property. The Tyrrhenian Sea at Viareggio is 95 km away. Paths through the surrounding hills lead toward Monte Morello Park.

Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are forbidden without prior written authorization. Services at the villa may be provided only by official Emma Villas chefs and suppliers. Small and medium-sized pets are permitted, with mandatory extra cleaning when animals are present.
