The 16th-century palazzo has 12 suites and one double room in four styles: panoramic suites, historic suites, contemporary suites, and deluxe junior suites. Suites are on the building’s upper floors. The panoramic suites feature views through large windows or from terraces; the historic suites can be combined for larger families. The lounge is a shared guest space, and the rooftop terrace has a city-roof view and a designated smoking area. Breakfast is available in the suite on request.

An extra single bed or sofa bed is available on request and subject to availability for €30 per day. A cot for children aged 0–2 is free; children aged 0–2 stay in a cot. A tourist tax of €7 per person per day applies; children under 12 are exempt. Reception is open daily from 09:00 to 19:00; check-in is 15:00–19:00 and check-out is by 11:00. Cash payment is possible for stays under €1,000; when the amount due is €1,000 or more, payment must be made by accepted credit card. Non-refundable bookings are paid in full at booking and cannot be changed or cancelled. No-shows incur a charge equal to the entire stay.
