The house

This 1,440-square-foot, rustic cabin-style condo has a living area with a gas fireplace, large TV, DVD player and wraparound couch. A furnished balcony provides outdoor seating, and the full kitchen has stainless steel appliances and bar seating for 10. Kitchen equipment includes a stove and oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and kitchen basics. The condo has mountain and ski-slope views.

Torian Plum is in the heart of the Steamboat Ski area, next to the loading point for both gondolas, Christie Peak Express and Steamboat Square. Ski runs, the shared pool and fitness facility are a short walk away. Shared complex facilities include an outdoor heated pool, three outdoor hot tubs, a fitness center, grills and underground on-site parking. Food and drink venues are on-site, with local boutiques and galleries nearby. Resort amenities access and concierge and in-home services are available.

The home has air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, hot water, Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, cable/satellite television and a washer and dryer. Other facilities include a fire pit, garden/backyard and outdoor seating. An elevator serves the property; the home is single-level and wheelchair accessible. Self check-in and luggage drop-off are available. Linens, extra pillows and blankets, towels, toiletries, a hair dryer, hangers, iron and safe are provided.

Safety equipment includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and first aid kit. Children are welcome, and Pack n Plays and high chairs are available on request; a playground/play area is available.
