This remodeled, 800-square-foot condo has hardwood floors, a stone-surround gas fireplace and a private balcony, with mountain and ski-slope views. The main suite has a king bed, and the living area has a queen sofa bed. There are two TVs and a DVD player, heating and a living-room air-conditioning unit.

The full kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kitchen basics and a dining area. A washer and dryer are available on-site, with detergent provided. Linens, towels, extra pillows and blankets, toiletries, a hair dryer, hangers, an iron and a safe are available.

Shared Torian Plum facilities include an outdoor heated pool, outdoor hot tubs, a fitness room, ski lockers, grills and on-call shuttle services for shopping, dining and local activities. Restaurants and après-ski venues are on-site. Additional amenities include a dedicated workspace, cable/satellite television, outdoor seating, a fire pit, garden/backyard, playground, crib and high chair. Concierge and in-home services are available. The single-level home has elevator access and is advertised as wheelchair accessible. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit are provided.

Area construction begins in May 2026. Torian Plum is not a member of Triple Crown or other youth sports lodging programs and cannot accommodate participants.

Smoking is prohibited inside the vacation rental, on balconies and in Torian Plum common areas. Minimum booking age is 21. Children are welcome. Events are allowed. Luggage drop-off is allowed. Camper vans cannot be accommodated for guest parking.
