The house

Torian Plum Plaza 301 sleeps eight guests in a 1,486-square-foot condo with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Large windows and a private balcony offer mountain and ski-slope views. The living area has a gas fireplace, television, large sofa and loveseat. Heating and hot water are provided.

The full kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a stove and oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and kitchen basics. A breakfast bar seats four, and the dining table seats six. The home includes complimentary Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, a washer and dryer, cable/satellite television, bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, towels, toiletries, a hair dryer, hangers, an iron and a safe.

Shared complex facilities include an outdoor heated pool, three outdoor hot tubs, a fitness center, grills and underground parking. Resort amenities access, a fire pit, garden/backyard, outdoor seating, a playground/play area, and concierge and in-home services are available. Restaurants, après-ski venues, boutiques and galleries are on-site.

The single-level home is wheelchair accessible, and the building has an elevator. A crib, pack-and-play and high chair are available; pack-and-plays and high chairs must be requested. Safety equipment includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit. Luggage drop-off is allowed.
