The condo has a large living area with a gas fireplace, a private balcony with ski-base views, three bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Entertainment includes three TVs, cable, a DVD player and a stereo. Free Wi-Fi, linens and towels are provided. A washer and dryer are available on-site, with detergent provided. Kitchen equipment includes a dishwasher, microwave, fridge and stove; a high chair is also available.

The main bedroom has a king bed and an attached bathroom. The second bedroom has a king bed. The third sleeping room is a den with a privacy door and a twin-over-queen bunk bed. The living area has a queen sleeper sofa.

Shared complex facilities include an outdoor heated pool, outdoor hot tubs, two indoor hot tubs, a sauna, fitness room, ski lockers and gas grills. Other amenities include an elevator, adult bikes and on-site golf. On-call shuttle services take guests to shopping, dining and other local activities. There are on-site dining options, with boutiques and galleries nearby.

Torian Plum is next to the loading points for both gondolas, Christie Peak Express and Steamboat Square. Underground garage parking is first come, first served; camper vans cannot be accommodated. Construction in the area begins in May 2026.
