## About the house

Originally known as The Whalers Cottage, the two cottages combine historic character with separate living areas, kitchen facilities, outdoor spaces and private laundries. Salamanca’s waterfront dining, cafés and market are less than a ten-minute stroll away.

The first cottage has a living area with leather lounges, a TV and heating. Its kitchenette provides essentials for simple meals, and a private courtyard offers space for coffee or outdoor dining. The bedroom has a queen bed, TV and hanging storage. A compact bathroom has a shower and timber vanity.

The second cottage has a living area with a brown leather sofa, TV and heating. Its kitchen includes a stovetop, oven, dishwasher and mini-fridge, with a kitchen bar seating two. A private patio has bench seating. The bedroom has a queen bed and TV, and the bathroom has a shower and storage.

Each cottage has its own washer-dryer combination. Other facilities include Wi-Fi, a coffee maker, hair dryer and iron. Free street parking is available; there is no on-site parking.
