House rules
Strictly no parties, including schoolies, hens and bucks gatherings. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 22:00 and 08:00. Unless previously agreed, stays are for private residential use and only for the guests included in the booking. Bookings must reflect the exact number of guests; notify management of any changes. Pets are prohibited unless Pets Welcome is advertised. Required arrival days may apply during peak periods.
Getting there
Louttit Bay is a five-minute stroll away. The living area is upstairs; the bedrooms, main bathroom and laundry are on the middle level. Parking is limited to two car spaces. Firewood is supplied only from May to October.
