Up to two dogs require final InvitedHome approval; notify the team at booking about pets, emotional support animals or service animals and submit details by text or email. Shipping packages or ski gear directly to the home is prohibited; shipping to the local team address is available on request for $50/package or $75 for larger items. Reservations require an electronic signature of the Terms and Conditions. For stays exceeding eight days, the reservation team will arrange an In-Stay Refresh and process payment. Stays of 30 nights or longer are non-refundable and require additional cleaning arranged by the reservation team. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM MST and checkout is at 10:00 AM MST. Early arrival or late departure requires authorization by text message from a Telluride InvitedHome team member and depends on availability. Luggage storage is unavailable while the home is being prepared.

Getting there

A 75-yard walk reaches the #1 fairway or Nordic Trail, with ski access to the Chondola. Complimentary Dial-A-Ride is available to and from the lifts. Ski-in/ski-out access depends on snow conditions, weather and resort operations. The home spans four floors with seven flights of stairs, all accessible by private elevator. Parking is limited to three cars, with no road parking. The home is for sale and showings may occur during stays; 24 hours' notice will be given if possible. Nearby summer construction may cause noise or disruption; contact the team for current updates.
