House rules
No parties, venue use, smoking or pets. Young children require careful supervision because of the swimming pool, spa pool, stairways, balustrades and steep areas in the surrounding bush and trails. Security cameras surveil the parking and driveway areas and the seaward access to the property.
Getting there
Split Apple Rock Beach is a 10-minute walk away. A private walking track leads to the foreshore. Kaiteriteri, Mārahau and the start of the Abel Tasman track are a short drive away. The property is one hour's drive from Nelson Airport. The surrounding bush and trails include steep areas, and the property has stairways and balustrades.
