## About the house

The ground floor has open-plan living and dining, with sliding glass doors opening outdoors. A sheltered outdoor dining area with a BBQ and a separate sunny deck provide two outdoor spaces, alongside a large lawn and trampoline. Indoors there is a TV with Freeview, Wi-Fi and two oil heaters.

The master bedroom has a queen-size bed. The upstairs bedroom has a queen-size bed, two king single beds and one bunk bed. The bathroom has a shower, vanity and toilet. The kitchen includes an oven, hobs, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster and kettle; a washing machine is also available.

Linen is included: sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats and tea towels are supplied, along with pillows and duvets. Beds are made before arrival and stripped after departure. A private driveway provides off-road and boat parking over 7 m. There is no pool or hot tub.

No smoking. Children must be supervised on the trampoline at all times because it has no safety mats.
