## About the house

This 1,100-square-foot home accommodates four guests in two separate living spaces with their own entrances. The window-lined main floor has lake views from nearly every room, a living room, sunroom and full kitchen. Decks extend along both sides of the house.

The upstairs studio has lake views on three sides, a private balcony, its own full bathroom, a twin daybed with trundle sleeping two, and a mini-fridge and microwave rather than a full kitchen. Air conditioning, heating, free high-speed Wi-Fi and Roku TV for use with guests' own logins are available.

Outdoor facilities include a fire pit, grill, seating and a canoe that can be launched from a tiny sand beach. Life preservers and paddles are stored in the sunroom closet. The property is a certified wildlife habitat beside the 654-acre lake, which reaches depths of 49 feet; wildlife can include bald eagles, geese, beavers and turtles.

The kitchen includes a stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kitchen basics and dining area. Bed linens, fresh towels, toiletries, a hair dryer, hangers and room-darkening shades are provided. A bathtub, smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector and fire extinguisher are available. There is no washer or dryer. The lower portion of the house is also offered separately as Lakefront Pines.

A car is necessary. The private road has a 15 mph speed limit. Reaching the upstairs studio requires 16 steps; it is unsuitable for children, people who have difficulty climbing stairs or people afraid of heights. A tiny sand beach provides a canoe launch.

Smoking and fishing are not permitted. The minimum booking age is 25. The upstairs studio is not suitable for children.
