## About the house

The inn has five rooms with shared facilities. Guests can use a communal kitchen for light meal preparation and two shared washrooms with showers; rooms do not have ensuite bathrooms. The building is on the second floor and is accessed by a flight of stairs. A deck is available after hours. Room categories include street-side and waterside rooms; the published descriptions identify queen beds, a single bed in a small loft in Room 1, and two twin beds in Room 6.

Kitchen: Yes · Shared kitchen stocked for light meal preparation, including a stove, microwave, refrigerator, toaster and coffee maker. Complimentary tea and coffee are offered; the room descriptions also mention fruit in some shared-kitchen areas. No aromatic ingredients in cooking.

The inn is on the downtown Tofino waterfront, next to the Coast Guard Station. Guest rooms are on the second floor and require climbing a flight of stairs. There is no private parking lot; guests use street parking. Metered street parking is $2 per hour from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., up to six hours; overnight parking is allowed after 6 p.m. until the required move time the next day. Peak-summer parking can be difficult.

A two-night minimum applies to advance bookings; one-night stays may be opened based on availability up to 30 days before the booking date. Room 1 can accommodate up to three people for a $40 fee; other published room categories are described for two people. Guests must be at least 19 years old; the inn is not suitable for children. Rooms are non-smoking. Smoking or vaping is prohibited inside the inn and on the property; smoke at least 20 metres from any window or entrance. Please be considerate of noise from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m. Street-side rooms may hear late-night music and noise from local establishments. A non-refundable 50% deposit is required at booking, with the remaining 50% due one day before arrival. Cancellations within one day of booking are charged the full booking price. Date or room transfers may be made up to three days before the stay, subject to availability and the same-night-stay requirement; any price difference is charged. A valid credit card is required.

Check-in is from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m.; check-out is at 11 a.m. Check in at the booking office inside the store. For arrivals after store hours, arrange after-hours check-in in advance.
