Smoking, parties and events are not permitted. Contact the team for more information before travelling with pets. Arrange your arrival time with the local team at least 48 hours in advance. Before arrival, complete online ID registration, sign the digital rental agreement and pay the tourist tax through the payment link sent a few days before arrival. Late check-in and check-out are available on request and subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of € 20 to € 40.

The apartment is on the second floor with lift access. Venice Santa Lucia Station is a 12-minute walk away; Venice Marco Polo Airport is 13 km away.
