Parties, events and smoking are not permitted. Contact the team for information before travelling with pets. Arrange your check-in time with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. Online ID registration, signing a digital rental agreement and payment of the tourist tax are required before access is provided. Late check-in and late checkout are available on request, subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of € 20 to € 40.

The building has no elevator. Venice Santa Lucia Station is a 12-minute walk away; Venice Marco Polo Airport is 13 km away.
