The house

The terrace features bespoke artwork, colourful interiors and a living area with a sofa and wall-mounted TV for Netflix. The equipped kitchen includes an island, microwave, coffee maker and dishwasher. A glass dining table provides indoor dining, while the enclosed private patio has an undercover BBQ area surrounded by greenery.

Both bedrooms are upstairs and each has one queen bed and air conditioning. The primary bedroom has an ensuite with a shower. The second bedroom includes a dedicated workspace and hotel-quality linens. A second bathroom downstairs has a freestanding bath. A washing machine and dryer are in the kitchen. Wi-Fi, heating, a hair dryer and an iron are provided, along with a dedicated free on-site parking space.

King Street's entertainment and dining precinct is a five-minute walk away, and Newcastle Beach is a five-minute drive away. Coles and Woolworths are within walking distance. The internal stairs are steep and may not suit guests with mobility issues or young children.
