The house

The main living area has two sets of French doors, original cornicing, parquet floors, vintage furniture and traditional artwork. An adjoining formal reception room has wood panelling, a bookshelf, a decorative fireplace and a TV.

The dining area and fully equipped kitchen feature stained-glass windows and terracotta tiles. Kitchen equipment includes an oven, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee-making equipment, cookware and tableware. A utility cupboard contains a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The principal bedroom has French doors, a chest of drawers and a TV. The second bedroom has a double bed, desk, photographic artwork and a coloured feature wall; the third bedroom also has a double bed. The principal bedroom's en-suite bathroom has a large bath, wash basin and toilet. The second bathroom has a bath, double wash basin and toilet.

The apartment has central heating, free Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels, toiletries, a hair dryer and an iron with ironing board. It is suitable for children and infants. The apartment is on the third floor, with lift access. A dog normally lives in the home, so it may not suit guests with allergies.
