House rules

Maximum occupancy is six people. Everyone must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties and events are prohibited. Pets are not allowed under any circumstances. Reservation confirmation requires electronic signature of the Terms and Conditions. Half of the booking total is due upon booking; the balance is due 110 days before arrival. Cancellation before 110 days prior to check-in refunds the initial payment less one night's rent, taxes and the service fee; cancellation after full payment is non-refundable. Stays of 30 nights or more are non-refundable. For reservations exceeding eight days, the Reservation Team will arrange an In-Stay Refresh and payment. Stays exceeding 30 nights require additional cleaning arranged by the Reservation Team. A credit card preauthorization of $1,400.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Shipping packages or ski gear to the home is prohibited. Shipping to the operator's local address is available upon request for $25 per package and $50 for larger items; contact the Reservation Team for details. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM MST and checkout is at 10:00 AM MST. Early check-in and late checkout require authorization by text message from a Vail InvitedHome team member and depend on availability.

Getting there

The ski lifts, Vail Village shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Parking is limited to one car, and garage clearance is 6 feet 7 inches.
