The main bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom; the second bedroom has two twin bunk beds. There are two full bathrooms in total. The renovated kitchen opens to the living area and includes light wood cabinetry, a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, cooking basics, dishes and silverware. A dining table and grill are available. The private patio connects by a path to the community pool and hot tub, with year-round access. The condo includes free Wi-Fi, a television, heating, hot water, a washer and dryer, bed linens, towels, extra pillows and blankets, a hair dryer, shampoo, hangers, and an iron and ironing board. A bathtub, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit are provided. Free parking is limited to one car. Long-term stays are allowed, subject to additional cleaning and cancellation conditions. Cancellation before 110 days prior to check-in refunds the initial payment less one night's rent, taxes and the service fee; cancellation after full payment is non-refundable. Stays of 30 nights or more are non-refundable. For reservations exceeding eight days, the Reservation Team will arrange an In-Stay Refresh and payment. Stays exceeding 30 nights require additional cleaning arranged by the Reservation Team. A credit card preauthorization of $1,400.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Shipping packages or ski gear to the home is prohibited. Shipping to the operator's local address is available upon request for $25 per package and $50 for larger items; contact the Reservation Team for details.
