## About the house

Stonebridge and Timberwind together provide 2,254 square feet of accommodation for up to 10 guests, with four bedrooms and four full bathrooms. Both condos have light-filled, open-concept living areas with fireplaces and exposed wooden beams. Stonebridge has a classic alpine interior; Timberwind has Nordic-inspired styling, light wood cabinetry and neutral tones.

Each condo has a renovated kitchen with modern appliances and generous counter space opening into the living area, plus its own private patio. A path leads from the patios to the shared community pool and hot tub for year-round use. Mountain views, a grill, television, heating, a washer and dryer, linens and towels are provided. Kitchen equipment includes a coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator, stove, cooking basics and dishes.

Stonebridge has a main king bedroom and a split-king guest bedroom, both with ensuite bathrooms. Timberwind has a main king bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a loft bunk bedroom with two twin bunk beds. Shops, restaurants and the slopes are nearby, with walking access to skiing and town.

A credit card preauthorization of $2,800.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Reservation confirmation requires an electronic signature of the Terms and Conditions. Half of the total is due at booking, with the balance due 110 days before arrival. Cancellation before 110 days prior to check-in receives a refund of the initial payment less one night's rent, taxes and the service fee; cancellation after full payment is non-refundable. Reservations of 30 nights or more are non-refundable. For stays exceeding eight days, the Reservation Team schedules a paid In-Stay Refresh; stays over 30 nights require additional paid cleaning. Shipping packages or ski gear directly to the home is prohibited. Shipping to the local team address is available upon request for $25 per package and $50 for larger items; contact the Reservation Team for information. Early check-in or late checkout requires authorization by text from a Vail InvitedHome team member and depends on availability.
