For reservations longer than seven nights, one cleaning per week is mandatory at the guest's expense. Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable. If the original dates are rebooked at the same or a higher price, a refund less a penalty of 20% of the total original reservation amount is issued after full payment for the replacement reservation is collected. If the dates are not rebooked, the original guest may use them provided scheduled payments have been made and Marquis receives written notice at least 72 hours before the reservation starts. Credit-card balance payments are capped at $3,500; amounts over $3,500 must be paid by check, ACH or wire. In place of a security deposit, the property has up to $25,000 of damage protection, subject to the booking agreement.
