The house

The first-floor apartment occupies a quiet residential development surrounded by mature trees and green space. Guests have exclusive access to the entire property. A long hallway leads to an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area with a smart TV. The kitchen includes an oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and cookware.

Two bedrooms each have a double bed and generous wardrobes. The recently renovated bathroom has a rainfall-effect shower and round-the-clock hot water. Bed linen, towels, a hairdryer, an iron, a washing machine and Wi-Fi are provided. Free private parking is available on site.

The apartment is professionally cleaned, offers 24/7 guest support and uses self check-in. Stays are fully self-catered; supplies such as salt, pepper, cooking oil and toiletries may vary between bookings and are not guaranteed.

Cork City Centre is minutes away by car or bus. Fitzgerald Park is a short stroll away, and Mardyke Walk and River Lee walking and cycling routes are nearby. University College Cork, shops, cafés and transport links are within easy reach.
