Getting there
The Gulf-front condo is steps from the beach. Exterior renovations are scheduled September 16, 2026–February 5, 2027, with north-facing balcony work September 16–November 23, 2026. Construction noise may occur and balcony furniture may temporarily be moved indoors. Contractors will work externally without needing access to the rentals. The community pool will be closed October 19–November 20, 2026, and January 4–February 5, 2027.
