Tidewater 209 overlooks the Gulf of Mexico. The living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen share an open floor plan. A private balcony with Gulf views and space for dining is accessible from both the living room and primary bedroom. The beach is just steps away.

Community facilities include indoor and outdoor pools, a pool sundeck, a hot tub, barbecue grills, a fitness center and a sauna. The condo has air conditioning, heating, free Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, television and an ironing board. The kitchen includes a microwave and oven/stove. Free parking and an elevator are available. Bed linens, including comforters and coverlets, are laundered before every check-in.

Exterior elevation renovations are scheduled from September 16, 2026, through February 5, 2027. Work on the north-facing, parking-lot-side balconies is scheduled for September 16–November 23, 2026. Contractors will work from outside the building without needing access to the rentals. Construction noise may occur, and balcony furniture may temporarily be moved indoors. The community pool will be closed October 19–November 20, 2026, and January 4–February 5, 2027.
