The apartment has a living area with generous seating, an HD TV, a ceiling fan and a leafy outlook. Ceiling fans are also provided in all three bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a king bed, the second has a queen bed, and the third has a single bunk bed, a single-size day bed and its own TV.

The kitchen includes an oven, microwave, dishwasher, full-size refrigerator, freezer, toaster, kettle and Nespresso machine. A timber dining table provides indoor dining space. Outside, the patio has a small Baby Q BBQ, umbrella-covered dining and sun loungers, with a sheltered porch and backyard lawn beneath established trees.
