House rules
Maximum occupancy is six guests. No pets, smoking, parties or events. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM. Ocean City noise ordinances apply; excessive noise can constitute a rental agreement violation and grounds for eviction under Maryland law. Cancellation 30 or more days before check-in receives a full refund less the booking fee; cancellations within 30 days receive no refund. Booking requires agreement to VueStay’s rental terms, house rules and cancellation policy.
Getting there
The condo is on the ground floor of a bayfront complex. The ocean beach is less than two blocks away. The Roland E. Powell Convention Center is next door, and midtown restaurants, shops, bars and mini-golf courses are within walking distance. Dock use requires an additional fee; boat slips are not guaranteed. Parking is limited to two designated on-site spaces.
