The condo has two bathrooms, a private patio, central air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. Bedroom 1 has one queen bed, and Bedroom 2 has two double beds. Flatscreen TVs are provided in the living room and both bedrooms, along with towels and bed linens.

Maximum occupancy is six guests. No pets, smoking, parties or events. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM. Ocean City noise ordinances apply; excessive noise can constitute a rental agreement violation and grounds for eviction under Maryland law. Cancellation 30 or more days before check-in receives a full refund less the booking fee; cancellations within 30 days receive no refund. Booking requires agreement to VueStay’s rental terms, house rules and cancellation policy.
