## About the house

Three Peaks offers 4,030 square feet of living space with mountain views, open living areas, a fireplace and a dining table. The game room has a full-size shuffleboard table and an arcade game. Outside, guests have a private hot tub, a patio or balcony and a grill.

The six bedrooms comprise three king rooms, one queen room, one room with two twin beds and a bunk room with two queen bunks. The main king room, second king room and queen room have ensuite bathrooms; the third king room and twin room have shared ensuite access. There are five full bathrooms and one half bathroom.

The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, cooking basics, dishes and silverware. A washer and dryer, linens, towels, heating, television and free Wi-Fi are provided. The garage has dedicated ski storage and boot warmers. Dial-a-Ride provides access to skiing, shops and restaurants, with shuttle transportation to the ski lifts. Free parking is available for up to three cars.

Dial-a-Ride provides access to skiing, shops and restaurants. Shuttle transportation to the ski lifts is available. A maximum of three cars is permitted at the property.

Maximum occupancy is 18 people. Everyone must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties, events and pets are prohibited. A credit card preauthorization of $4,200.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Shipping packages or ski gear directly to the home is prohibited; shipping to the local office address is available upon request for $50 per package and $75 for larger items. Contact the Reservation Team for more information. Reservations require electronic acceptance of the Terms and Conditions. Half of the booking total is due upon booking; the balance is due 110 days before arrival. For stays exceeding eight days, the Reservation Team will arrange an In-Stay Refresh and collect payment. Additional cleaning is arranged and charged for stays longer than 30 nights. Stays of 30 nights or longer are non-refundable. For cancellations before 110 days prior to check-in, the initial payment is refunded less one night's rent, taxes and the service fee; after full payment, the amount paid is non-refundable. A credit card must be on file for arrival access information to be sent.
