No pets, smoking, parties or events. Quiet hours are 22:00–09:00. The house is not suitable for children aged 2–12 or infants under 2.

Local bus stops are within walking distance, and Sale Metrolink Station is accessible by local transport. Sale town centre and Stanley Square are a short drive away. MediaCityUK, Salford Quays and Old Trafford Stadium are around 15–20 minutes away by car; Manchester city centre is around 20–30 minutes away by car, and Manchester Airport is around 15–25 minutes away by car.
