House rules
No pets, smoking, parties or events. Suitable for children aged 2–12, but not infants under two. Save water, take short showers and refrain from using the bath. Leave the apartment as you found it, lock all windows before going out, do not stack the non-stick pots and pans, and conserve electricity. For bookings longer than seven nights, a mandatory mid-stay clean is scheduled every seven nights, such as Day 8 and Day 15. Each clean costs R750, separate from the standard cleaning fee, and includes fresh linen, light cleaning and trash removal. Payment is required in advance through Airbnb’s Resolution Centre before check-in. Linen may be used for a maximum of seven nights before replacement.
Getting there
The apartment is on the 18th floor above Gardens Shopping Centre, with a bus stop next to the building. Scheduled loadshedding may interrupt electricity for a few hours at a time. Infants under two years are not permitted.
