## About the house

This freshly renovated apartment has bright, minimalist decor and views of Table Mountain. Guests have access to the whole apartment. A desk workspace and uncapped Wi-Fi support working from home.

The kitchen has cooking equipment, non-stick pots and pans, dishes, cutlery, a kettle, coffee maker and microwave, but no oven. Breakfast basics, tea and coffee are available. The bathroom has a shower over a bath, hot water, shampoo, conditioner, bath wash and two towels. Room-darkening shades and cleaning equipment are provided.

The building is above Gardens Shopping Centre and has 24-hour security. The Gardens neighbourhood is close to the CBD, with coffee shops, Company Gardens and Kloof Street's restaurants, pubs, shops and galleries nearby. A bus stop is next to the building, and secure underground parking is available.

Stays longer than seven nights require a clean every seven nights, including fresh linen, light cleaning and trash removal. Scheduled loadshedding can interrupt electricity for a few hours at a time.

No pets, smoking, parties or events. Suitable for children aged 2–12, but not infants under two. Save water, take short showers and refrain from using the bath. Leave the apartment as you found it, lock all windows before going out, do not stack the non-stick pots and pans, and conserve electricity. For bookings longer than seven nights, a mandatory mid-stay clean is scheduled every seven nights, such as Day 8 and Day 15. Each clean costs R750, separate from the standard cleaning fee, and includes fresh linen, light cleaning and trash removal. Payment is required in advance through Airbnb’s Resolution Centre before check-in. Linen may be used for a maximum of seven nights before replacement.
