The house

The 64 sqm apartment has a bright living room with a sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table and a dining table seating four. A Dyson heater/cooler fan is available. The living room opens onto a small balcony with a table, two chairs and views over the gardens. Guests have access to communal gardens.

The adjoining equipped kitchen includes a Lavazza coffee machine, cooker, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, freezer, blender, dishwasher and crockery and cutlery. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are available.

The main bedroom has bedside tables, a chest of drawers and a hanging rail for guests. The other bedroom has a wardrobe and a bureau with a chair that can serve as a desk or vanity. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a single sink, with a separate WC next door.

Central heating is controlled by the building from October to May. There is no television. The block was originally designed as council housing and is now majority owner occupied.
