The house

The light-filled living and dining area has linen sofas, cacti, a TV and a handcrafted dining table overlooking the rooftops of the 15th arrondissement. Contemporary and traditional furnishings sit alongside original wood floors in the fully equipped kitchen, which has views of the Eiffel Tower. Kitchen equipment includes a cooker, oven, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, crockery and cutlery.

The principal bedroom has arched walls, white decor and a large bookshelf. The second bedroom has abstract and vintage art and a small home office area. Across the two bedrooms there is one double bed and one double sofa bed. The family bathroom has a bath with a handheld shower and wash basin; a separate WC has another wash basin.

The apartment is on the sixth floor, with lift access. Free wireless internet, central heating, a washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board, bed linen, towels, hair dryer and toiletries are provided. Children and infants are welcome. The minimum age to rent is 25; smoking, pets and parties are prohibited.
