The house

The cottage accommodates eight guests in three bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed; Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have a queen bed and a single bed. There is one full bathroom, a separate powder room and a laundry with a washing machine.

The open-plan living and dining area opens to a leafy garden and deck with alfresco dining, a barbecue, a firepit and children's play equipment. Indoors, there is a large dining table, a kitchen with a breakfast bar, microwave and coffee maker, and a living room with sofas, an ornate fireplace and a TV.

Air-conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi are available. Bedroom 1 has split-system heating and cooling. Other facilities include a hair dryer and iron. Free parking is available on the driveway and on the street. Rosebud village and the foreshore are a 10-minute stroll away.
