What is the accommodation and bedroom layout?
This recently fully refurnished villa accommodates up to 20 guests, with 6 bedrooms, 17 beds and 7.5 bathrooms. Each bedroom has a full bathroom and ample closet space. The master bedroom features a hot tub and two walk-in closets. The 17 beds are spread across the bedrooms, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for larger groups or families. Individual bed sizes and the distribution by bedroom are not specified. The villa advertises a private pool and proximity to the beach.
What connectivity, entertainment and laundry facilities are available?
High-speed internet access is advertised at 200 Mbps. TVs in every room are equipped with FireTV, Netflix and a wide selection of channels from around the world. A washer and dryer are available on site. Only green and organic cleaning materials are used.
What toiletries are supplied, and what security precautions should guests take?
A complimentary starter set of toiletries is provided on arrival, including shampoo, conditioner, soap and toilet paper. Once these initial supplies are depleted, guests must purchase their own toiletries for the remainder of their stay. Although the area is described as very safe, robberies have been reported in empty properties nearby. To safeguard the property and your belongings, please keep the property closed at all times and when checking out.
Which resort facilities can guests access, and where can they park?
Building amenities are included in the rental. The villa is within walking distance of two popular restaurants and a marina, making it a base for exploring Vista Mar Beach & Golf Resort. If you arrive by car and are unsure where to park, you may use the visitor parking spaces. Beach club access is restricted to residents or long-stay rentals of more than two months.
How can guests travel to Vista Mar?
Vista Mar is on Panama's tranquil western shores, approximately 90 km from Panama City. To drive from Panama City, take the Pan-American Highway toward Vista Mar; the host describes the journey as approximately 90 km. The closest airport is Scarlett Martinez Airport in Rio Hato, approximately 30 minutes away (27 km). It mainly serves charter flights from the US and Canada, so most guests fly into Tocumen Airport in Panama City. The host also lists Albrook and Howard Panama Pacifico as two other international airports serving Panama City. There is a heliport on the Vista Mar premises.
When is guest support available?
Communication support is available from 7 am to 8 pm. The team will do its best to answer messages outside these hours. In emergencies, guests may call at any time. If staff are not on site, the team will do everything possible to assist remotely until they can arrive in person. This is a vacation accommodation, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. The team will try to address problems as soon as possible, but no one lives on site 24/7.

Vista Mar is particularly suited to golf and fishing enthusiasts. • Vista Mar Golf Course: Managed by KemperSports, which manages some of the world's finest golf courses. Designed by J. Michael Poellot, the course has 18 holes, each with four tee stations. The host describes it as being in perfect condition, with Pacific Ocean views from several holes. There is also a golf pro shop. • Vista Mar Marina: A modern, well-built marina with excellent docks, substantial breakwaters and service, offering yachting, fishing and Panamanian cultural experiences. Yacht and boat rentals are available; ask the marina office for information. • Boga Bar: A restaurant overlooking the marina, with karaoke and live music on weekends. • Tichanan: Described by the host as an excellent, brand-new Thai restaurant located at the Vista Mar beach club. What are the check-in, check-out and stay limits?
Check-in is from 3 pm and check-out is at 11 am. Flexible check-in or check-out may be requested, subject to availability and additional fees depending on the time. Stays have a minimum of one night and a maximum of 365 nights.
What household supplies and safety monitoring are provided?
Cooking tools and appliances, cutlery, glassware, and some cleaning products and tools are provided. Consult the advertised amenities for details. If you are unsure how to use an appliance, ask the team for assistance. The property has a Minut device that detects crowds, noise and smoke. Surrounding areas have surveillance equipment for neighbourhood safety. There are no cameras inside the property. The host welcomes guests to a place that is special to them and has been rented to visitors over the past few years.
