House rules
Loud music is not allowed. Music must remain within acceptable decibel levels and be turned off after 10pm; guests should keep noise mild and within the villa. A maximum of 8 people can stay overnight. Events and shoots require the homeowner's approval. Driver accommodation is available for 1 driver at an additional charge of Rs. 1000 per night, excluding meals; meal charges are paid onsite in cash.
Getting there
The villa is beside dense forest in Danda Lakhaur, Dehradun. Roads connecting to the property are described as good; guests are advised to check road and weather conditions before travelling. Sahastradhara waterfall is listed as a complimentary experience.
