Individual reservations: cancellation is free 48 hours or more before arrival; a 20% cancellation fee applies within 48 hours of arrival, and a 100% fee applies for no-shows. Group reservations: a 100% cancellation fee applies 0–7 days before arrival and for no-shows; 50% applies 8–14 days before arrival; and 20% applies 15–21 days before arrival.
