## About the house

The Windham Mountain House accommodates up to eight guests in four bedrooms across three levels. Windham Mountain and Hunter Mountain are minutes away, and Windham's Main Street is close by.

Wood-clad interiors include an open-concept living area with plush seating, a rocking chair, a wood-burning stove and a large TV. Windows overlook the surrounding forest, and a telescope is available in the windowed lounge. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, generous counter space and a breakfast island. The dining table seats ten.

The top-floor primary bedroom has a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom. On the lower level, two bedrooms each have a queen bed, and the fourth bedroom has a double bed and a twin single bed in a bunk-room arrangement. The lower-level bedrooms share a full bathroom. Bedrooms have linens, towels, pillows and comforters; linens are also available for additional sleeping arrangements.

Decks and porches provide outdoor seating and mountain views. Outdoor facilities include a private seasonal pool, hot tub, fire pit, barbecue grill and picnic table. The pool is unheated and has a solar cover.

A high chair, pack 'n play, children's safety gates and portable crib are available. The safety gates are behind the mudroom bench, and the portable crib is in the primary bedroom closet. The home also has heating, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace and a washer/dryer. Monthly and seasonal rentals are also offered.
