The entire home must be booked; individual rooms cannot be booked.

No. Guests are asked to respect the neighbours and keep noise mild and within the villa.
Are the roads to the property good?
Roads connecting to the property are good. Guests are advised to check road and weather conditions before leaving for a road trip.
