House rules
The entire home must be booked; individual rooms cannot be booked. Outside food is not allowed, and guests cannot access the kitchen. Loud music is allowed only within limits and during specific hours; guests must keep noise mild and within the villa. Smoking and alcohol are allowed. Pets are allowed under a pet contract. Extra guests are subject to the stated occupancy conditions.
Getting there
The home is beside Vaitarna Dam in Igatpuri. The property has an expansive lawn and lush-greenery surroundings.
