Maximum six guests. Dogs are welcome with a pet fee. No smoking. No parties or events. Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00. Cancellation 14 or more days before check-in receives a full refund less the booking fee; no refund is available within 14 days. Booking constitutes agreement to VueStay’s rental terms, house rules and cancellation policy.
Getting there
The home is next to Seaview Lake, two blocks from downtown and two more from the ocean beach, within easy walking distance. Reach the beach by heading west from South Nehalem Avenue. A doorbell camera is at the front of the house and a security camera at the rear faces the backyard.
