## About the house

This renovated condo on the south side of Lincoln City accommodates up to 14 guests and has five bedrooms and three full bathrooms. Only the private upper floor is included in this stay; other sections of the building are offered separately. Polished wood floors and modern furniture furnish the interior.

The great room has large picture windows, comfortable seating, a flatscreen TV with cable, Wi-Fi and a gas fireplace. The adjoining kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a waffle iron, blender, coffeemaker, mixer and dishwasher. The dining table seats eight. A private washer/dryer and an ocean-view balcony are available.

Sleeping arrangements include three king beds, one queen bed, three sets of twin bunk beds with six twin sleeping places, and a futon. Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2 each have a king bed; Bedroom 3 has a king bed and two twin beds; Bedroom 4 has a queen bed; Bedroom 5 has four twin beds.

The closest beach access is a few blocks away and down a flight of stairs. The nearby seven-mile stretch of sand offers beachcombing, surfing and sandcastle building. Devils Lake offers fishing, stand-up paddleboarding and kayaking, and horseback rides are available through Green Acre Beach and Trail Rides. Dogs are welcome with a nightly pet fee.
