House rules
No smoking or vaping, pets or parties. The minimum age to rent the property is 21. Children and infants are welcome. All guests must complete a pre-check-in form and provide official photographic ID before arrival. Standard check-in is between 15:00 and 21:00; request arrivals outside these hours in advance. Check-in between 21:00 and 23:00 incurs an additional fee. Baby cots and highchairs are available for hire, subject to availability. Cancellation at least five days before check-in receives a full refund; cancellations less than five days before arrival receive no refund, subject to the full cancellation policy.
Getting there
Access is via a narrow staircase with a handrail, typical of period London basement properties. The second bedroom is across the courtyard. The home is for sale, and viewing requests may occur during your stay with advance notice.
