Mature landscaping surrounds the backyard, with a private heated outdoor pool and an uncovered patio for outdoor dining and relaxing. An open-plan living area with generous seating connects to the dining area and equipped kitchen. Kitchen facilities include a refrigerator, oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, wine fridge, ice maker, toaster, blender, cookware and a Keurig coffee maker. The home also has a gas-burning fireplace, central air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, and a laptop-friendly workspace. Linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels and a hair dryer are provided. Parking and a detached garage are available. If not rebooked, the original dates may still be used provided scheduled payments have been made and Marquis receives written notice at least 72 hours before the reservation begins. Credit-card balance payments are capped at $3,500; payments above $3,500 must be by check, ACH or wire.
