No parties or venue use. No smoking. Pets are not permitted. The maximum occupancy is 4 guests. The swimming pool is closed during winter until the end of September. Additional charges apply for additional cleaning, oven cleaning or excessive rubbish disposal.
Getting there
The apartment is within the Grand Arden Monaco Resort, on the edge of the Waimea estuary. Tāhunanui Beach is 3.5 km away. Stoke Village centre is a 5-minute drive and Nelson city centre is a 15-minute drive.
