## About the house

The condo accommodates up to 10 guests in five bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Open-plan living and dining areas lead to a covered deck, private pool with water features, and outdoor dining patio. The equipped main kitchen overlooks the sea. The primary bedroom has direct patio access, a walk-in closet, and an en suite bathroom with a standalone tub and rain shower. The detached cottage includes the fifth bedroom, an open-plan living area and a kitchenette, with access from the condo and a separate entrance off the parking lot. Amenities include ceiling fans, hair dryers, a Bluetooth speaker, a security safe, a security system and a 24-hour guard. Beach chairs, a beach shower and daily beach setups are provided. Watersports are available by request. Housekeeping is provided; cook service prepares two consecutive meals during Christmas bookings only.

Massy Stores Sunset Crest is a five-minute drive away, Holetown is a seven-minute drive away, and Grantley Adams International Airport is a 35-minute drive away.

Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the property. Cook service is available for Christmas bookings only and prepares two consecutive meals. Cancellation policy: a 10% refund of the total cost is available until 60 days before arrival; cancellations within 60 days are non-refundable. Christmas-period bookings are always non-refundable.
