House rules
Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the property. Cook service is available only for Christmas bookings and prepares two consecutive meals. Cancellation policy: a 10% refund of the total cost is available up until 60 days before arrival; cancellations within 60 days are non-refundable. Christmas-period bookings are always non-refundable.

Paynes Bay Beach is a one-minute walk away, reached by a pathway with a keyed gate. Massy Stores Sunset Crest is a five-minute drive away, Holetown is a seven-minute drive away, and Grantley Adams International Airport is a 35-minute drive away.
